Terms of Service

1. The service

Kludda generates children’s coloring pages from text prompts. Each generation spends one crayon from your balance. Login is by email one-time code; there are no passwords.

2. Acceptable use & content policy

Kludda is intended solely for wholesome, child-appropriate content. You may not use Kludda to attempt to generate sexual, explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise non–child-appropriate imagery, and absolutely no content that sexualises or endangers minors.

We employ automated filters to block prohibited prompts, log all prompts, and may review or automatically scan submitted prompts and generated images for policy violations.

If we determine an account has been used to attempt or generate prohibited content, we may suspend or permanently delete the account and all associated generated content without notice or refund. Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other illegal content will be reported to the relevant authorities, and we may pursue legal action and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement, or have a parent/guardian do so.

4. Crayons

Crayons let you generate pages. New accounts receive a number of free crayons. Crayons have no cash value and are not transferable. A crayon spent on a failed generation is refunded automatically.

Crayons purchased as a one-time top-up never expire. Crayons granted by a monthly subscription remain usable until the end of the paid period following cancellation, after which any unused subscription crayons are forfeited; see §5 for the full purchase, cancellation, and withdrawal terms.

5. Purchases, payment & right of withdrawal

You can purchase one-time crayon packages (“top-ups”) or a monthly subscription. All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% Swedish VAT (moms). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. The seller is Bjole AB, a company registered in Sweden (org. no. 559526-2824), www.bjole.dev.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the crayons/account page in the app via “Hantera prenumeration” (Manage subscription), which opens Stripe’s billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Subscription crayons remain usable until that date and are then forfeited. Crayons purchased as a top-up never expire.

Under the Swedish Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts (distansavtalslagen, 2005:59) you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) when buying as a consumer. Top-up crayons are delivered to your account immediately on payment. At checkout you expressly consent to this immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that purchase — the same principle used by digital-goods services such as Steam or the PlayStation Store.

For subscriptions, you may withdraw within 14 days of signing up by emailing kludda@bjole.dev. Because the subscription starts immediately at your request, if you withdraw after already having used some of the crayons granted we deduct a proportional amount — crayons used divided by crayons granted, multiplied by the monthly price — and refund the remainder to your original payment method. After the 14-day window has passed, ordinary cancellation (above) applies instead.

To exercise your right of withdrawal it is enough to send us an email — no particular form is required. Please state your name, the email address on your account, and the date of the order. You may also use the standard withdrawal form published by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for digital content (konsumentköplagen, 2022:260). If a generation fails, comes back blank or corrupted, or is otherwise wrongly delivered due to a technical fault on our side, that is a defect and we remedy it free of charge, either by generating it again or by refunding the crayon — in practice, failed generations are already refunded automatically. Being subjectively unhappy with the artistic style or interpretation of an AI-generated image is not a defect. Report an issue via the in-app “Rapportera” button (attach a screenshot and a description) or email kludda@bjole.dev. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may bring the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, arn.se); Bjole AB takes part in ARN proceedings.

6. AI-generated content

Coloring pages are produced by AI and may contain errors or artefacts. They are provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use. We make no guarantee about the suitability, accuracy, or quality of any generated image.

The pictures and stories in Kludda are made by AI. Every image we deliver carries a machine-readable marker showing it’s AI-generated. If you share or publish something you made here, you should say that it’s AI-generated.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Kludda is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bjole AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Kludda and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, in particular the content policy in §2.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sweden.
